Today I went up to Murdock Peak to check in on North Bowl. It looked better than expected and although it does not look ready to deliver a great ski immediately, it won't take much more to get there. Boa also looks greatly improved compared to last Wednesday. Here are some pictures (click to enlarge):

What a fantastic read about your adventure to Murdock Peak! The way you described the journey truly brings it to life—I could almost feel the crisp air and see the beautiful landscape through your words. It’s amazing how Whippets, with their graceful and athletic build, make such perfect companions for outdoor explorations like this. Their boundless energy and love for running really shine in environments like these, don’t they?
ReplyDeleteI also appreciate the personal touch in your narrative; it makes the connection between humans and Whippets all the more relatable and inspiring. Have you noticed how their calm demeanor at home contrasts so wonderfully with their zest for action outdoors? This breed is a delightful mix of laid-back and adventurous, and your story perfectly captures that duality.
Thank you for sharing this experience—it’s a beautiful reminder of how dogs, especially Whippets, can enhance our adventures and bring us closer to nature. Looking forward to reading more of your journeys and insights!
